Denise steps into the role backed by more than three decades of robust experience as an educator, mentor, and dynamic organizer. Beyond her distinguished career in education with Barnesville Schools, she is a proven entrepreneur as the owner of Coastal Core Compass LLC, giving her direct, firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges facing local businesses.
Her profound impact on the community is already well known. As the Board President and organizer of the highly successful Cutting Class for A Cure fundraiser, Denise has skillfully mobilized over 100 volunteers and brought together hundreds of local students, staff, and community members year after year. Her vast background spans master-level training in instructional technology, strategic planning, budget management, and public relations—making her uniquely equipped to champion the Chamber’s goals.
